INGREDIENTS:
4 carrots peeled into wide ribbons
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of seaweed flake (optional)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Toss carrot ribbons with the aminos, smoke, salt, and seaweed.
Make a long pouch out of foil and wrap up the carrots making sure the foil is all sealed up.
Place foil pouch on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
Use on bagels with your other favorite toppings.
