INGREDIENTS:
- 5 - 6 sliced, frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- vegan chocolate chips or coconut for sprinkling (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor, and blend until completely creamy. You will likely have to pause blending to scrape sides, or move the mixture around a little with a spoon to get it to fully blend. If it still seems too thick, you can add a tiny bit more milk. Just don't add too much, because you want the mixture thick.
- Seve right away with whatever toppings you like.
